- Check doors, windows, and screens for signs of damage or attempted break in
- Check exterior of home for damage, such as wind or trees
- Visual inspection (from the ground) of roof, gutters, and siding
- Check outside faucets for leaks. Disconnect hoses in cold weather
- Check property for any issues, such as trees or limbs that are down, tra
- Check doors, windows, and screens for signs of damage or attempted break in
- Check exterior of home for damage, such as wind or trees
- Visual inspection (from the ground) of roof, gutters, and siding
- Check outside faucets for leaks. Disconnect hoses in cold weather
- Check property for any issues, such as trees or limbs that are down, trash in the yard
- Check mailbox and remove flyers from front door and bring in any deliveries that were left

- Check for signs of insects or rodents
- Check ceilings, walls, and floors for water damage or leaks
- Check breaker box for tipped breakers
- Flush toilets, and cycle all faucets
- Check for water leaks-hot water heater, toilets, sinks, washing machine, shower/tubs, dishwasher, well pump, HVAC li

- Check for broken or crumbling concrete flooring, loose boards, or unstable supports.
- Inspect the overall condition of the dock, including any railings or ladders.
- Visually note dock connections to shore or pilings.
- Check the condition and buoyancy of the dock floats.
- Ensure adequate lighting is present and functional.
- Inspect electrical outle
- Check for broken or crumbling concrete flooring, loose boards, or unstable supports.
